(1) The Government of Nepal shall appoint at least one collector employee working in the position of administrator in the position of administrator in the position of at least first class, officer of the fund or organization first class or tenth level or the same position as the administrative head of the fund. (2) Sub-section (1) ) the term of office of the appointed administrator shall be five years and he shall remain in his position according to the will of the Government of Nepal.
